We are excited to announce our very first live stream event this Saturday, January 30th at 8.00pm (AEDT). Featuring favourites from previous cruises and artists of Super Cruise 2021, this sold-out event will be streamed and free for all who want to enjoy some great live music and look forward to what will be on offer on board this November!
Here are some tips and information below regarding how to access the stream on the night of the event:
HOW TO ACCESS THE STREAM
Step by Step guide (accessing the stream via the Facebook event)
Step 1. Visit the Facebook link to the Live Stream Event: https://www.facebook.com/events/449946419506220/page on 30th January (7.20pm Adelaide Time/ 7.50pm AEDT)
Step 2. Click on the link to open Vimeo player https://vimeo.com/479362143 to view the live stream
Step 3. Sign up with your email address and click Submit to access the stream
The Stream will commence at 7.20pm (Adelaide time/7.50pm AEDT), if you are early to the stream, you can leave the page open until the stream commences. If you have any issues, you can close down your browser and repeat steps 2 and 3 to access the stream again.
FAQ’s
Q: I can’t access the stream
A: Check you have clicked on the link provided and that a webpage opens. If you can see the registration page, refresh your browser and try again. In some cases, you may need to clean the cache of your browser. For guides to cleaning your cache, check with the company guidelines of the browser you are using.
Q: The stream is buffering/slow
A: The stream will automatically slow down if the internet connection is congested, out of range or you are out of data. You may also experience a slow connection if you are using WiFi with a poor signal. For the best experience, please locate your device closest to your router or connect your ethernet cable to your computer for better results. If you are streaming on mobile via Wi-Fi, make sure you are close to your Wi-Fi router. Otherwise streaming with 4G connection is best* (*Data consumption can be quite high, only use if you have a lot of data on your mobile plan)
Q: Is there anywhere else I can watch the stream?
A: Yes, we will be streaming on Facebook LIVE – however, for the best results we recommend following the Vimeo link as above. (https://vimeo.com/479362143)
