We understand the pandemic has been hard for many, with changes to ships, itineraries, dates, and two ‘lift and shift’ announcements from 2020 to 2021 and now to 2022. This year’s Super Cruise truly has been three years in the making and we appreciate every single passenger that has stuck by us and supported us through this difficult pandemic journey.
We try our very best to ensure all passengers, who have booked early (and transferred from previous years’ bookings) like many of yourselves, feel valued and appreciated – but it has been hard to express our gratitude to our guests through monetary value before we logistically have been ready and able to release that information. This is never more true when it comes to upgrades/rewards. We want you, our loyal passengers to know we are lucky to have your business during this post-pandemic recovery period, as the industry as a whole resumes operation, and we would not be here today without your ongoing support and loyalty to our cruise brands.
Because of this, we are pleased to offer all transferred 2020/2021 Interior and Oceanview stateroom passengers a complimentary cabin upgrade of your current booking on the Super Cruise 2022, upgraded to a luxurious Balcony Stateroom – FREE OF ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE*. These beautiful staterooms are min. 177 sq. ft. interior and a spacious 55 sq. foot private balcony, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, late-night/morning recovery or simply enjoying breakfast out whilst watching the waves. This means your current cruise price you have agreed upon and in the contract will stand, however now you will be upgraded to a higher category Balcony stateroom as a token of our appreciation, from our company to you.
If your booking is currently a Balcony stateroom or Suite, unfortunately, due to the low level of suite cabin availability, we are unable to upgrade guests into higher category suite staterooms. Due to this, we would like to offer for all current 2020/2021 transferred booked Super Cruise 2022 Balcony and Suite guests, a $1000 per cabin future cruise credit^, redeemable for any 2023 CYC music charter as a cruise price discount token of our appreciation, valid through to 31st of December, 2022.
We will be processing these upgrades over the coming weeks as it is a very large administrative task so please take this into consideration and be patient with us, it will be done over the coming period of time prior to sailing, and confirmation sent to you once completed. Rest assured your upgrade is authorized here within CYC head office, and your booking will be amended to reflect this upgrade announcement. If you are dealing directly with your travel agent and not CYC for your reservation, your agent is still your first point of communication for all things regarding your booking, payments, etc. and they have at this point been advised of the upgrade announcement of 2020/2021 transfer passengers.
